Welcome to the Optimum Well being Wheel User Guide.

Please read through the introductory guidelines, and then follow the simple steps. You are encouraged to ask your coach for help, information or support if there are any aspects you do not understand or cannot complete.

Firstly it is useful if you give some time to thinking about why you are attending the event today and what you expect or hope to gain from the experience. In relation to this exercise, you are asked to consider how attending this event might influence your state of well being. Thinking about your ‘state of well being’ means looking holistically at how you feel in yourself, in relation to the following areas:

• Mentally
• Physically
• Emotionally
• Spiritually
• Other
